Payment Methods

You can purchase products from the website www.medicanah.com using the following payment instruments:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) upon parcel delivery (Romania only)

The value of the ordered products and services can be paid to the courier upon delivery to the address you specified.

2. Bank Transfer

Payment can also be made by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice; the products will be shipped after the amount (the total value of the invoice) enters our account.

3. Card Payment

You can pay online with your personal or company card, under full security conditions. Cards accepted are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).

No additional commission is charged for transactions.

Card data processing is performed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.

The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your card’s confidential data but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. In this way, your information is safe.

Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are made in RON, at your bank’s exchange rate.

For card payments, the transaction will appear on your account statement under the name Medican SRL.

a) EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY IN 24–48 HOURS (Romania)

Shipping is FREE for all orders within Romania.

b) INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY IN 3–7 DAYS

Shipping is FREE for all orders over 500 Lei (100 EUR)! For orders under 500 Lei, the shipping cost is 75 Lei (15 EUR).

c) DELIVERY VIA EASYBOX PARCEL LOCKERS IN 24–48 HOURS

General delivery timelines and notes

Product delivery can take place within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours from validation of all order details (payment method, delivery term, stock, prices) and/or from the time payment is made—in the case of advance payment (payment order, bank transfer, cash advance).

  • Orders placed and confirmed by 13:30 are shipped the same day and reach their destination in approximately 24 hours.
  • Orders placed and confirmed after 13:30 are shipped the next (working) day and reach their destination in approximately 24 hours.
  • Delivery is made to the customer’s address provided in the order.
  • medicanah.com ships orders within Romania.

The tax invoice will be issued in electronic format and can be used in accounting, having fiscal value according to Law L260/2007 regarding the recording of commercial operations by electronic means. Upon request, the invoice can also be issued on paper.

Parcel integrity & claims

Upon receiving the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging. Any issues related to the integrity and contents of parcels can be reported at the time of delivery, on the AWB or by drawing up a report together with the courier. In severe situations, you may refuse receipt and payment of the parcel in full.

Any mentions regarding issues with the integrity or contents of parcels must be made at the time of delivery, on the AWB or by drawing up a report, refusing receipt and payment of the parcel. Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects will be considered null. All findings regarding parcel integrity shall be made in the presence of the courier agent, by drawing up an official report. No subsequent complaints will be considered.

Usual delivery terms

The usual delivery term for products in stock in our online store is 1–2 days from order registration, while for products out of stock or brought in by special order it is 7–14 days. Under special conditions, medicanah.com reserves the right to extend the delivery time, with prior notice to the person who placed the order.

Please do not accept parcels that are visibly damaged or broken, with cut, torn, or missing wrap, without notifying one of our sales operators. Check the parcel’s integrity in the presence of the courier who makes the delivery. Only in this way can compensation be requested for damage caused during transport!
